15% discount will be allowed for the existing units as on 01-01.2005 which has
not entered into new lease deed agreement with the AIIDC and whose investment
in plant & machineries is below Rs. one crore for a period of 4 years upto
01-01-2004. 2.
Rs. 1.00 (Rupees one) per sqft of shed and land will be charged extra to the units
enjoying Excise and / or Custom benefits under the N.E. Industrial Policy of the
Govt. of India and / or whose investment in plant & machinery is Rupees one
crore and above. 3.
25% of the shed and land rent, as applicable, will be charged extra per floor
to the units which increased their floor area by constructing extra floor on the
shed or land alloted. This
is in supersession of all earlier Notification issues by this Department in this
purpose. |
